Reasons to choose the Kamado BIG BOSS Ceramic Grill:
1. HEAVY DUTY CERAMIC CONSTRUCTION
We guarantee to outlast most outdoor BBQ’s with a durable and efficient design and quality construction including a removable firebox and fire ring.

2. QUALITY FITTINGS & FIXTURES
It is equipped with Stainless steel cooking grill, fittings, lower air vent, stylish trolley, and castor wheels with two being lockable. Heavy-duty steel top vent and charcoal grate, bamboo handle and side trays and a gorgeous glazed finish available in your choice of one-tone or two-tone colors.

3. READY TO COOK IN 15 MINUTES
A common misconception is that our BBQs take a long time to heat up. The truth is that Kamado BIG BOSS will be ready in as little as 15 minutes; the average time it takes to preheat a gas BBQ. We’re often confused with briquette charcoal BBQs, which can take more than 30 minutes to heat up. The ceramic body of a Kamado BIG BOSS will hit your preferred temperature much quicker than a BBQ constructed from steel, saving you time and charcoal.

4. EXCEPTIONAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Cook low, slow and smoke at temps starting at 150°F (65 degrees Celsius); or hot and fast to well over 850°F (454 degrees Celsius) for those awesome sizzling steaks.

5. AN OVEN, STOVE, BBQ & SMOKER
Kamado BIG BOSS grill allows you to smoke, bake, roast, BBQ and sear with a simple adjustment to the airflow and by using direct or indirect heat. Not to mention a cooking range as low as 50°C to over 450°C, which most BBQs cannot achieve. The bottom line that you can cook anything on our BBQ Ceramic Grills.

6. EFFICIENT AND ECONOMICAL
Our Kamado BIG BOSS grill is likely to be the last BBQ you’ll ever need to buy. That’s far more economical than buying a new BBQ every few years. Also, our 100% Natural Lump Charcoal is very efficient and it can be relit for multiple cooking. You can’t do that with gas or briquettes!

7. LOW MAINTENANCE & LONG LIFE
Ceramic Kamado grills practically take care of themselves. Periodic inspections ensure that your grill will perform and look great for years. Ceramic grills are made to withstand most temperature zones, making them perfect for most outdoor applications no matter where you live.

8. BUILT TO LAST A LIFETIME
Our high-fire ceramics are made of stainless steel; powder coated cast iron and finished natural bamboo for our hardware and accents. This means that our BBQs are built to resist the elements in even the most demanding climates. Other ceramic BBQ companies use cold rolled steel painted steel and cypress.

Meaning of Kamado
A Kamado (竈) is a traditional Japanese wood or charcoal-fueled cook stove. The name Kamado is, in fact, the Japanese word for “stove” or “cooking range”. Literally, it means “place for the cauldron”. A movable Kamado called "Mushikamado" came to the attention of Americans after the Second World War and is now found in the US as a Kamado style cooker or Barbecue grill. The Mushikamado is around clay pot with a removable domed clay lid and was typically found in Southern Japan.

Kamado grills, more so than many other types of cooking appliances, are deeply rooted in history–which is a testament to their enduring usefulness and durability. Modern technological advances have made them even stronger and longer-lasting. Owning a grill that you are confident in putting together, cleaning, and maintaining can be a fantastic addition to any backyard, and a grill that has more than one trick under its lid makes certain that it will have a place in your home for many future occasions.
